Co-operative Apprenticeships
Over the next three years, the Co-Operative will create 2,000 jobs through a new apprentice academy.
With its operations spanning supermarkets, high street travel agents and financial services, it also own 55,000 acres of farmland that it uses to grow food for its shops. Apprentices will be spread across all three divisions.
David Watson is the Arable Operations Manager for Co-operative Farms and tells Radio 5 live Wake Up To Money's Dominic Laurie how the farm apprenticeships will work.
