Young Scot in partnership with Scotland’s Colleges and
Lloyds Banking Group is delivering the Money for Life Challenge in Scotland.
More than ever, being good at managing your money is one
of the most important skills that you'll learn. So, whether you're earning it,
saving it or borrowing it, it helps to have some inside knowledge so you can
make the best choices. The Challenge is a national competition to find the most successful and innovative ways that learners can improve their money management skills and those of their friends, families and communities. It provides small grants for 16 to 24 year olds to run a project to improve money management skills in their communities.
What you and your team have
to do is apply for one of 250 grants to run a money management activity in your
community. Once approved the cash will be sent to you to bring you’re project
to life.
The closing date for applications is 23rd
November 2012
