The Financial Services Skills Gateway has launched re:think, a new website that is the place to go to find out about working in the financial services industry in Scotland.

Providing information on the range of opportunities available to those with different levels of qualifications and experience, from school leavers and young graduates to those with a bit more work experience.

re:think will help financial services employers attract talented people. It will also help young people identify and develop the skills needed for a career in the industry.

The site forms an important part of the Financial Services Skills Gateway's wider programme of activity to take Scotland's financial services talent to world class levels by directly matching skills provision to the needs and priorities of Scotland's financial services sector.
