Level 2 Scottish Modern Apprenticeship in the Water Industry introduced

Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills) has launched Scotland's first-ever Level 2 Modern Apprenticeship (MA) in the energy and utility sector.

The MA is specific to the water industry, which has a proven track record of planning, developing and operating technical Modern Apprenticeships (MAs). MAs are the ideal recruitment and training tool for attracting new entrants to the industry, enabling employers to train their current workforce and growing a sustainable workforce for the future. A skilled, competent workforce is vital for meeting the challenge of an increasingly competitive global economy.
