A short video that has been produced in the run up to the Scotland's Modern Apprenticeship Awards ceremony on the evening of Wednesday 21 November features several of this year's nominees talking about what it means to them to have chosen this path.
Hospitality apprentice Chloe Trainer, for example, says her apprenticeship is going to be a great start to the whole journey, while fellow Service Apprentice finalist, Georgina Robinson, believes doing a Modern Apprenticeship "gives you the confidence to do your job because you are tested on it."
