A travel firm has
announced it to create jobs for 50 young apprentices across Scotland.
Barrhead Travel
said it would invest more than £700,000 in taking on a team of modern apprentices.
The Glasgow-based
company will begin recruiting immediately at its branches across the country.
The news follows a
similar move by BT, which said this week it would hire up to 60 young
apprentices at its contact centre operations in Dundee this year.

workforce, our modern apprenticeship scheme will enable 50 young people in
