Youth Employment Conference 2013

Holyrood magazine is holding its 3rd annual Youth Employment conference on Tuesday 24th September 2013, at National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh. This conference will bring together stakeholders from across sectors and localities who are involved in mitigating the worst effects of the recession for young people in Scotland. We intend to bring the pertinent issues out in a public forum so that delegates will be able to share experiences and learn from others. Keynote speakers include:

  • Angela Constance MSP, Minister for Youth Employment, The Scottish Government
  • Prof. David Bell, Professor of Economics, University of Stirling
  • Prof. Ferdinand von Prondzynski, Principal and Vice-Chancellor, Robert Gordon University
  • Grahame Smith, General Secretary, Scottish Trade Union Congress
  • Sheenagh Adams, Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, The Scottish Government

The full speaker line-up and agenda can be found here.

We are delighted to announce a 10% discount, available to new delegates only, for Apprenticeships in  Scotland colleagues, members and associated staff. In order to take advantage of this either book online and enter discount code AS10 or alternatively contact Mark Riding on 0131 272 2136 or mark@holyrood.com
