Local support for employers

Skills Development Scotland's web service for employers, Our Skillsforce, has recently launched a new pilot scheme offering local support and showcasing funding initiatives in five Local Authority areas.

The newly launched pages offer businesses:

  • funding and support to help recruit new employees
  • funding and support  to develop the skills of existing employees
  • personal accounts from employers who have experienced similar challenges.
