Local charity connects Scottish young people with Commonwealth countries

As part of Legacy 2014, local charity Character Education Scotland has a goal to use their Inspire>Aspire: Global Citizens in the Making programme to ‘connect’ young people in Scotland with young people throughout the Commonwealth to create lasting relationships between Scotland and their nations.
