MORE than 30,000 young Scots have found work since Alex Salmond appointed a minister to tackle the scourge of youth joblessness.
Angela Constance was made Youth Employment Minister in December 2011 when 113,000 16 to 24-year-olds were out of work.

First Minister Alex Salmond said: “Today’s hugely encouraging jobs figures show the benefit of investment in our young people.
“Since Angela Constance was appointed in December 2011, the number of

“The concerted effort of this Government to tackle youth unemployment is paying off, but there is more to be done – this year’s Budget will fund another 25,000 modern apprentices with continued support for Opportunities for All and for employer recruitment incentives.”... READ MORE
